THL actively works with portfolio companies to drive free cash flow growth by expanding their product lines and market potential, increasing resources, establishing effective systems, augmenting management and pursuing acquisitions. We also look for the ability to improve underlying operations through increased efficiencies. THL’s growth-oriented strategy emphasizes the overall appreciation in the enterprise value of an acquired company rather than just the repayment of acquisition debt.
