Thomas M. Hagerty is a Managing Director at THL. Prior to joining THL, Mr. Hagerty worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated.
Mr. Hagerty is currently a Director of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE: FIS), Hawkeye Energy Holdings, LLC, MGIC, Inc. (NYSE:MTG) and Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. His prior directorships include Cott Corporation, Inc. (NYSE:COT), EquiCredit Corporation, HomeSide, Inc., Metris Companies Inc, Syratech Corporation, Sun Pharmaceutical Corp., TAC Bancshares, Inc. Select Beverages, Inc., Ceridian and Tucker Anthony Sutro.
Mr. Hagerty holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Hagerty is a member of the Neurosciences Leadership Council at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
