Dhruv A. Prasad is a Vice President at THL. Prior to joining THL, Mr. Prasad worked at Spectrum Equity Investors, L.P., and Salomon Smith Barney in the Financial Institutions Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Mr. Prasad holds an A.B., cum laude, in History from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
