Vivek Sharma is a Director in the firm’s Strategic Resources Group. Prior to joining THL, Mr. Sharma was Vice President Finance and Business Processes for Alstom Power in Baden, Switzerland. At Alstom, Mr. Sharma was responsible for Global Standardization and Integration of Business Processes and Systems. Prior to Alstom, Mr. Sharma worked with Advanced Micro Devices as Group Controller, Finance and Global Internal Controls. At AMD, he was responsible for Global Internal Controls including Sarbanes Oxley, Financial Services, Operations Finance and Process improvements. Mr. Sharma also worked for Motorola Semiconductors and held various positions in Finance Systems, Global Treasury and Financial Services organizations.
Mr. Sharma is a Chartered Accountant (India), Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
