Douglas H. Vandenberg, Vice President

Douglas H. Vandenberg is a Vice President at THL in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining THL, Mr. Vandenberg held multiple roles at the Danaher Corporation, a diversified manufacturing conglomerate. His responsibilities at Danaher spanned acquisition integration, product marketing and lean manufacturing management. In addition, Mr. Vandenberg has worked in the private equity group at Bain Capital and as a management consultant at Bain & Company.
Mr. Vandenberg holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
